How To Use:

  • As a Concentrated Douche: Use with the provided injector once in the morning and once at night. Leave for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
  • As a Preventive Daily Wash: Add one measure to a litre of warm water, use as a vaginal wash, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat morning and night or as directed by a doctor.
